His project portfolio spans cable-stayed, cantilever, precast-segmental bridges and fly-overs. With a keen interest in AI and automation, Aniruddha leads Computational Design at IDEAS SE.
A structural design engineer whose work spans the full project lifecycle — planning, preliminary and detailed engineering, tendering, approvals, and proof-checking — across bridge, highway and metro engineering projects. Pravin leads the design of concrete bridges at IDEAS SE.
A structural engineer with deep expertise across analysis, design, and execution. He works through preliminary and detailed design, pre-bid optimisation, approvals, proof-checking of detailed designs and drawings — including fabrication and shop drawings — and on-site construction support for bridges, highways and viaducts. Mokshan leads permanent and temporary steel structures at IDEAS SE.
A drafting and detailing specialist whose work spans general layouts and RCC structural drawings for commercial and residential buildings, metros and bridges. A master of AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino + Grasshopper, Nagesh leads the BIM department at IDEAS SE.

121 km greenfield ring-road on a DBFOT toll basis, designed to decongest national highways around Guwahati. IDEAS SE is engaged by DRAIPL — declared preferred bidder by NHAI — for the detailed engineering of the extradosed bridge across the Brahmaputra.
Level-2 flyover along Ujjain Road at Bhawrasla (Lavkush) Square — crossing an existing Level-1 flyover and the Metro line. PSC box girders, a Bow-String girder span, and steel-composite spans across the corridor.
Critical, geometrically complex interchanges and loops at Gorai and Charkop under Package E of the Mumbai Coastal Road Project. Tight construction tolerances addressed through advanced modelling and iterative design.
Part of India's first high-speed rail corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. IDEAS SE was engaged for precamber analysis of the balanced cantilever bridge spanning the Sabarmati River — counteracting construction-stage deflections to meet the stringent geometric and performance standards demanded by HSR infrastructure.
Before founding IDEAS SE, our core team gained invaluable experience working on mega infrastructure projects such as the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link, the Mumbai Coastal Road, and the Storstrøm Bridge in Denmark — exposing us to large-scale design, international collaboration, and cutting-edge engineering.

The past several years have marked a paradigm shift in the field of bridge engineering, largely precipitated by advancements in structural analysis software. Integration of cutting-edge software such as Rhino Grasshopper with Sofistik, Midas, and Lusas, use of programming languages like Excel VBA, Python and C#, and the subsequent development of automation and AI protocols have ushered in an era of unprecedented sophistication and efficiency.
The capabilities of such software in parametric design offer an algorithm-based approach that allows for flexible exploration of design permutations and makes the analysis and design procedure data-driven. This is particularly consequential in bridge engineering, where the creation and alteration of intricate, often unconventional bridge geometries become substantially streamlined.
